- Build and execute the finest customer centric and profitable supply chain at a pan India level with a strong focus on cost and speed.
- Focus on the strategic implications of emerging global best practises and technologies and their utilisation in business to improve customer satisfaction, customer service and operational efficiencies.
- Designing and executing an aggressive strategic plan for the implementation of supply chain solutions to improve the business practices and contribute to the company’s operating margin.
- Ensure to execute to the highest levels of efficiency adopting at all times making use of ‘best practice’ experience thereby increasing productivity and resulting in reduction of cost and time to market.
- Optimize the business to generate greater efficiencies and bottom line impact by retention of old clients and roping in new clients.
- Drive continuous improvements, lean operations, 5S and other best practices of supply chain operations.
- Drive to improve consistency, reliability and predictability of supply chain.
- Drive safety as a process across the facilities to propagate a safety culture across the facilities.
- Develop a strong people capability, training and ecosystem to build tomorrow’s operation’s leaders.
