Job description
- Vigilance to ensure pre-emptive actions towards loss prevention for the Site.
- Assist with investigations of internal and external theft and fraud and conduct interviews when appropriate.
- Perform regular asset protection reviews. Ensure CCTV system operability and fire suppression system readiness.
- Implement compliance programs and audits.
- Conduct Evacuation/Emergency Drill at the Site.
- Promote awareness amongst associates to help identify potential safety hazards.
- Supervision and Monitoring of Security agency viz deployment, duties, discipline etc.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication between state, local and central law enforcement agencies.
- Conduct audits, training, physical security checks, & make recommendations for ways to prevent losses as per the laid down processes.
- Handle emergency situations/ crisis management.
- Carry out preventive and corrective actions at site to prevent business losses.
- Ensure readiness of security & safety equipment, access control mechanism, fire and alarm system.
- Manage close liaison and rapport building with locals.
